Withdrawal from a multistate voter list maintenance organization
Effective Dec 19, 2025
Withdrawal of the state from a multistate voter list maintenance organization shall require an affirmative vote of the state board of elections commissioners pursuant to subdivision four of section 3-100 of this chapter.
