The following kinds of licenses may be issued for the brewing and sale of beer:

1. 1. Brewer's licenses;
2. 2. Brewer's retail licenses;
3. 3. Wholesaler's licenses;
4. 4. Vendor's licenses;
5. 5. Licenses to sell beer at retail for consumption off the premises; and
6. 6. Licenses to sell beer at retail for consumption on the premises.
