“Landlord” means the owner or lessor of:
- 1. A mobile home lot;
- 2. A mobile home park;
- 3. A recreational vehicle park; or
- 4. Land which is not located within a mobile home park, but which is rented or held out for rent to accommodate a mobile home or a manufactured home.
