“Fund” defined
Effective Oct 1, 2025(Added to NRS by 2025, 2464)
As used in NRS 90.701 to 90.709, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, “Fund” means the Fund for the Compensation of Victims of Securities Fraud created by NRS 90.705.
