Nev. Rev. Stat. § 90.235 – “Filing” and “file” defined

1. “Filing” means:
1. (a) The actual delivery of a record or application to the Administrator or the designee of the Administrator or to the principal office of the Administrator; or
2. (b) The electronic delivery of a record or application to the Administrator or the designee of the Administrator or to the principal office of the Administrator using a system that has been approved by the Administrator.
2. “File” has a corresponding meaning.
