Nev. Rev. Stat. § 87.4305
“Partnership” defined
Effective Oct 1, 2005(Added to NRS by 2005, 422)
“Partnership” means an association of two or more persons to carry on as co-owners of a business for profit formed under NRS 87.4322, predecessor law or comparable law of another jurisdiction.
