Nev. Rev. Stat. § 82A.035
“Church” defined
Effective Oct 1, 2015(Added to NRS by 2015, 2248)
“Church” means a religious organization which holds property for charitable or religious purposes. The term may include, without limitation, a mosque, synagogue or temple.
