Notice of a meeting given pursuant to NRS 81.939 or 81.941 must include, without limitation:

1. 1. The place, date and time of the meeting;
2. 2. A description of the general nature of the matters before the board of directors or members, as applicable;
3. 3. If a director is to be elected, the names of each of the candidates for such a position; and
4. 4. If applicable, information regarding the electronic or video transmission of the meeting.
