“Registered agent filing” means:
- 1. The public organic document of a domestic filing entity;
- 2. A nonresident LLP statement;
- 3. A foreign qualification document;
- 4. An appointment of agent; or
- 5. Any other filing with the Secretary of State under an entity’s organic law that must include the information required pursuant to NRS 77.310.
