Nev. Rev. Stat. § 711.028
“Commercial mobile service provider” defined
Effective Oct 1, 2007(Added to NRS by 2007, 1352)
“Commercial mobile service provider” means a person who provides commercial mobile service, as defined in 47 U.S.C. § 332(d), as that section existed on January 1, 2007.
