“Monitored autonomous vehicle monitor” means a person employed by a monitored autonomous vehicle provider to remain physically present in a monitored autonomous vehicle at all times during the operation of the vehicle to ensure:

1. 1. The safety of the operations of the monitored autonomous vehicle; and
2. 2. That the monitored autonomous vehicle complies with the applicable motor vehicle laws and traffic laws of this State.
