Nev. Rev. Stat. § 705.665
“Owner” defined
Effective Oct 1, 1997(Added to NRS by 1997, 2444)
“Owner” means a person who has the financial and technical capability to install and operate a monorail and who has applied for a franchise or other agreement to do so.
