1. 1. “Renewable energy” means a source of energy that occurs naturally or is regenerated naturally, including, without limitation:

   1. (a) Biomass;
   2. (b) Fuel cells;
   3. (c) Geothermal energy;
   4. (d) Solar energy;
   5. (e) Waste heat;
   6. (f) Waterpower; and
   7. (g) Wind.
2. 2. The term does not include coal, natural gas, oil, propane or any other fossil fuel, or nuclear energy.
