NRS 701A.340. “Renewable energy” defined [Effective through June 30, 2049.]
1. “Renewable energy” means:
- (a) Biomass;
- (b) Fuel cells;
- (c) Geothermal energy;
- (d) Solar energy;
- (e) Waterpower; or
- (f) Wind.
- 2. The term does not include coal, natural gas, oil, propane or any other fossil fuel or nuclear energy.
