Nev. Rev. Stat. § 701.055
“Energy development project” defined
Effective Oct 1, 2019(Added to NRS by 2011, 2547; A 2019, 8)
“Energy development project” means a project for the generation, transmission and development of energy located on public or private land. The term includes, without limitation:
1. A utility facility, as defined in NRS 704.860, constructed on private land; and
2. Electric generating plants and their associated facilities which use or will use renewable energy, as defined in NRS 704.7715, as their primary source of energy to generate electricity.
