Nev. Rev. Stat. § 692C.030
“Affiliate” defined
Effective Oct 1, 1973(Added to NRS by 1973, 1037)
“Affiliate” means a person who directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, controls or is controlled by or is under common control with another designated person.
