Nev. Rev. Stat. § 691E.190 – Applicability of chapter

1. The provisions of this chapter apply to:
1. (a) Travel insurance that covers any resident of this State and is sold, solicited, negotiated or offered in this State; and
2. (b) Policies and certificates of travel insurance that are delivered or issued for delivery in this State.
2. A cancellation fee waiver or travel assistance services do not constitute insurance and, except as otherwise expressly provided in this chapter, the provisions of this chapter do not apply to a cancellation fee waiver or travel assistance services.
