Regulations concerning determination of status of stop-loss policy
Effective Oct 1, 1997(Added to NRS by 1997, 2938)
The Commissioner may, by regulation, prescribe standards for determining whether a policy issued as a stop-loss policy is a health benefit plan for the purposes of this chapter.
