Nev. Rev. Stat. § 689C.055
“Dependent” defined
Effective Oct 1, 2013(Added to NRS by 1995, 978; A 2013, 3625)
“Dependent” means a spouse, a domestic partner as defined in NRS 122A.030, or a child on or before the last day of the month in which the child attains 26 years of age.
