Insurer or advisory organization authorized to request hearing before Commissioner related to order made or action taken by Commissioner without hearing
Effective Oct 1, 1995(Added to NRS by 1995, 2054)
Any insurer or advisory organization, to which is directed any order made or action taken by the Commissioner without a hearing, may request a hearing before the Commissioner.
