Nev. Rev. Stat. § 685B.180

Review of order; time order becomes final

Effective Oct 1, 1983(Added to NRS by 1983, 961)

1. An order issued pursuant to NRS 685B.170 may be reviewed pursuant to NRS 679B.370.
2. Such an order becomes final:
1. (a) Upon the expiration of the time for taking an appeal, if no petition for review has been filed; or
2. (b) Upon the final decision of the court.
