Nev. Rev. Stat. § 685B.087
Penalty for transaction of unauthorized insurance business
Effective Oct 1, 2005(Added to NRS by 2005, 2131)
Any insurer who transacts any unauthorized insurance business as set forth in NRS 685B.030 is guilty of a category B felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130.
