Nev. Rev. Stat. § 683A.08529 – Duty to notify Commissioner of certain changes; submission of affidavit required upon change in members, owners, directors or officers

1. An administrator shall notify the Commissioner of any change in:
1. (a) The members, owners, directors or officers of the administrator within 30 days after the change.
2. (b) The physical location, mailing address or electronic mail address of an office of the administrator within 30 days after the change.
3. (c) The legal or fictitious name of the administrator within 30 days after the change.
2. If there is a change in the members, owners, directors or officers of an administrator, the administrator shall submit to the Commissioner a notarized affidavit, as described in subsection 6 of NRS 683A.08522, for each new member, owner, director or officer within 30 days after the change.
