Nev. Rev. Stat. § 682A.019
“Affiliate” defined
Effective Oct 1, 2015(Added to NRS by 2015, 3416)
“Affiliate” means, as to any person, another person that, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controls, is controlled by or is under common control with the person.
