Nev. Rev. Stat. § 678B.328 – Licensing of cannabis consumption lounges: Prohibition on issuance of multiple licenses to one person; transfer of license

1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, the Board shall not issue:
1. (a) More than one adult-use cannabis establishment license for an independent cannabis consumption lounge to any one person;
2. (b) More than one adult-use cannabis establishment license for a retail cannabis consumption lounge to any one person; or
3. (c) Both an adult-use cannabis establishment license for a retail cannabis consumption lounge and an adult-use cannabis establishment license for an independent cannabis consumption lounge to any one person.
2. The Board may approve a transfer of an adult-use cannabis establishment license for a retail cannabis consumption lounge or an independent cannabis consumption lounge to a person that acquires a 100 percent ownership interest in a cannabis consumption lounge in a county in which the person holds another such license if the transfer:
1. (a) Complies with all requirements for the transfer of a license established by the Board pursuant to NRS 678B.380; and
2. (b) Will not result in the person holding more than two adult-use cannabis establishment licenses for a retail cannabis consumption lounge, adult-use cannabis establishment licenses for an independent cannabis lounge or any combination of the two.
