Nev. Rev. Stat. § 678A.105 – Cannabis establishment agent registration card” defined

“Cannabis establishment agent registration card” means a registration card that is issued by the Board pursuant to NRS 678B.340 to authorize a person:

1. To be an owner, officer or board member of a cannabis establishment; or
2. To volunteer or work at or contract to provide labor for a cannabis establishment.
