1. 1. “Adult-use cannabis-infused product” means a product intended for the adult use of cannabis that:

   1. (a) Is infused with cannabis or an extract thereof; and
   2. (b) Is intended for use or consumption by humans through means other than inhalation or oral ingestion.
2. 2. The term includes, without limitation, topical products, ointments, oils and tinctures.
