“Adult-use cannabis independent testing laboratory” means a facility described in NRS 678B.290 that:

1. 1. Is licensed by the Board pursuant to NRS 678B.250; and

2. 2. Tests:

   1. (a) Cannabis intended for the adult use of cannabis.
   2. (b) Adult-use cannabis products.
