Nev. Rev. Stat. § 672.145
“Member” defined
Effective Oct 1, 1985(Added to NRS by 1985, 783)
“Member” means a person who has an account with a credit union and meets the qualifications for membership specified in the articles of incorporation and bylaws of the credit union.
