Action to restrain or prevent violation or continuance of violation of chapter
Effective Oct 1, 2023(Added to NRS by 2023, 2875)
The Attorney General may bring an action in the name of the State of Nevada to restrain or prevent any violation of this chapter or any continuance of any such violation.
