“Student loan borrower” defined
Effective Oct 1, 2023
(Added to NRS by 2023, 2856)
“Student loan borrower” means a:
1. Resident of this State who receives or agrees to pay a student education loan; or
2. Person who shares responsibility with such a resident for repaying the student education loan.
