1. 1. A financial institution must obtain the approval of the Commissioner before using or changing a business name.

2. 2. A financial institution shall not:

   1. (a) Use any business name which is identical or similar to a business name used by another financial institution or which may mislead or confuse the public.
   2. (b) Use any printed forms which may mislead or confuse the public.
