Nev. Rev. Stat. § 654.0275
“Licensee” defined
Effective Oct 1, 2017(Added to NRS by 2017, 596)
“Licensee” means a person who is licensed pursuant to this chapter as an administrator of a residential facility for groups, a nursing facility administrator or a health services executive.
