The provisions of this chapter do not apply to any:

1. 1. Test or examination conducted by a law enforcement officer or agency;
2. 2. Test or examination required by a court as a part of or in addition to a program of treatment and rehabilitation pursuant to NRS 176A.230; or
3. 3. Task performed in accordance with the regulations adopted by the Board pursuant to NRS 449.0304, 449B.130 or 449B.520.
