Board may refuse to reveal identity of informant or information obtained from informant; exception
Effective Oct 1, 1985(Added to NRS by 1985, 1330)
Except in a proceeding brought by the State, the Board may refuse to reveal the identity of an informant or the information obtained from the informant.
