1. 1. In addition to the other duties imposed upon him or her by law, the Commissioner shall adopt any regulations that are necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
2. 2. The regulations adopted pursuant to subsection 1 must establish procedures and requirements for notifying the Commissioner of a notification event pursuant to NRS 645F.399 and 645F.535.
