“Federal financial institutions regulatory agency” means the:

1. 1. Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System;
2. 2. Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation;
3. 3. Office of the Comptroller of the Currency;
4. 4. National Credit Union Administration;
5. 5. Federal Housing Finance Agency; or
6. 6. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
