Unlawful for foreign corporation, association or business trust to conduct business of mortgage company without meeting certain requirements

It is unlawful for any foreign corporation, association or business trust to conduct any business as a mortgage company within this State, unless it:
2. Complies with the provisions of this chapter or, if it claims an exemption from the provisions of this chapter, complies with the requirements for that exemption.
