Nev. Rev. Stat. § 645.323
License required for acceptance of advance fee listing
Effective Oct 1, 1985(Added to NRS by 1985, 1260)
A person shall not accept an advance fee listing unless he or she is licensed as a real estate broker, broker-salesperson or salesperson pursuant to this chapter.
