Record of proceedings; other duties

Effective Oct 1, 1933[Part 4:218:1931; A 1933, 237; 1931 NCL § 1862.03]

The Board shall:

1. Keep a record of its proceedings.
2. Do all other things necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
