The Executive Director of the Board:
- 1. Shall prescribe the duties of the officers, examiners and employees of the Board, and fix the compensation of those employees.
- 2. May, with the approval of the Board, establish offices in as many locations in the State as the Executive Director finds necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
- 3. May adopt a seal.
- 4. May issue subpoenas to compel the attendance of witnesses and the production of books and papers.
