1. 1. It is unlawful for a person to engage in the practice of barbering unless he or she is wearing clean outer garments which are suitable to allow the safe and hygienic practice of barbering.
2. 2. The Board shall adopt regulations which prescribe standards for the garments required by subsection 1.
