1. 1. The Board may immediately suspend a license to operate a barbershop for violation of any of the applicable provisions of this chapter or regulations adopted by the Board until the violation is cured.
2. 2. Except for immediate suspensions authorized pursuant to subsection 1, the Board may suspend or revoke a license to operate a barbershop for a violation of the provisions of this chapter or any regulation adopted by the Board only in a manner consistent with the provisions of chapter 622A of NRS.
3. 3. When a license to operate a barbershop has been suspended or revoked for a violation of the provisions of this chapter or the sanitary requirements of the Board, the Board shall post a notice on the shop stating the fact of suspension or revocation and the reason therefor.
