Compliance with provisions concerning sanitation and regulations of Board
Effective Oct 1, 1999(Added to NRS by 1967, 800; A 1999, 2583)
A person may not operate any barbershop unless he or she complies with all the applicable requirements of NRS 643.200 and the regulations adopted by the Board.
