The Executive Director of the Board or his or her designee shall prepare and maintain:

1. 1. A separate list of the names and addresses of:

   1. (a) The applicants for a license;
   2. (b) The applicants for a certificate;
   3. (c) The licensed counselors;
   4. (d) The certified counselors; and
   5. (e) The certified interns.
2. 2. A record of each examination conducted by the Board.

3. 3. An inventory of:

   1. (a) The property of the Board; and
   2. (b) The property of this State that is in the possession of the Board.
