Nev. Rev. Stat. § 641C.080
“License” defined
Effective Oct 1, 2007(Added to NRS by 1999, 3049; A 2007, 3065)
“License” means a license issued to a person who is licensed as an alcohol and drug counselor or a clinical alcohol and drug counselor pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
