Nev. Rev. Stat. § 641.115 – Offices; employees; prohibition on payment of expenses out of State General Fund

1. The Board may:
1. (a) Maintain offices in as many localities in the State as it considers necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
2. (b) Employ attorneys, investigators, consultants, hearings officers and employees necessary to the discharge of its duties.
2. Any expense incurred by the Board may not be paid out of the State General Fund.
