Nev. Rev. Stat. § 641.035
Terms of members; limitation on consecutive terms
Effective Oct 1, 1991(Added to NRS by 1989, 1539; A 1991, 495)
After the initial term, the Governor shall appoint each member of the Board to a term of 4 years. No member of the Board may serve more than two consecutive terms.
