1. 1. Any licensee whose license is revoked by the Division may apply for reinstatement of the license pursuant to regulations adopted by the Board.
2. 2. The Division may reinstate the license upon compliance by the licensee with all requirements for reinstatement established by regulations adopted by the Board and payment of the applicable fee required pursuant to this chapter.
