1. 1. The Board shall adopt regulations establishing reasonable fees for:

   1. (a) The issuance of a license;
   2. (b) The issuance of a provisional license;
   3. (c) The issuance of a temporary license;
   4. (d) The renewal of a license;
   5. (e) The reinstatement of a license which has been suspended or revoked; and
   6. (f) Changing the name on a license.
2. 2. The fees established pursuant to subsection 1 must be set in such an amount as to reimburse the Division for the cost of carrying out the provisions of this chapter, except that no such fee may exceed $250.
